Problems solved by technology

The existing second-generation curvelet technology for locating insulators and detecting damaged states, and wavelet detection for insulator inclusions, but there is no technology that uses curvelet transform to obtain a coefficient matrix to generate a judgment matrix and fit the curve for detection. The integrated application of curve-like singularity and wavelet point-like singularity detection to detect insulator damage and inclusion of foreign objects, there is no technology to determine the angle of insulators by adjusting the curvelet coefficient matrix

Abstract

The invention discloses a defective condition detection method based on curved and dotted singularity characteristics of an insulator of an overhead contact system of a high-speed rail. The method comprises the steps as follows: the overhead contact system is shot at night, so that an image of a to-be-detected insulator is obtained; the image of the to-be-detected insulator is subjected to contrast ratio enhancement and Gaussian filter and noise reduction processing; an approximate direction of the insulator in the image is determined through Radon transformation; then the insulator is determined and an angle is finely adjusted by using the curved singularity characteristics of the second generation curvelet transform; and finally a defective condition of the insulator is judged by the curved singularity characteristics of the second generation curvelet transform and the dotted singularity characteristics of the wavelet transform. The method can distinguish the insulator rapidly and correctly, and the state whether the insulator is damaged, a defective foreign matter blended state, and a type of the defective state are judged effectively. The actual input quantity is the image to-be-detected, the actual output quantity is a picture of the insulator which is positioned and result data of the defective state detection, the distinguishing effect is good, and the judgment result is accurate and reliable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of intelligent detection of electrified high-speed railway catenary, in particular to a detection method for the bad state of high-speed railway catenary insulators. Background technique [0002] In electrified railways, the special form of transmission lines erected along the railway line to supply power to electric locomotives is called catenary. Among them, the insulator is an important part of the support and suspension device in the catenary. The main function of the insulator is to be responsible for the insulation of the catenary, etc. It can be seen that whether the insulator is in good condition directly determines the normal power supply of the electric locomotive. With the increasing number and scale of high-speed railways in my country, the task of state detection of high-speed railway insulators is becoming more and more arduous and difficult. [0003] Manual observation is the main method of tradition...
