Each polyurea elastomer coating comprises the following components by weight: 45%-50% of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) / nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) blending material, 20%-22% of polyvinyl chloride, 10%-12% of acrylic rubber, 1%-2% of light calcium carbonate, 4%-5% of antiager and 2%-4% of sulphur. The fire hose has good abrasion resistance and long service cycle. Safety performances such as abrasion resistance, bending resistance and high temperature resistance of the hose are greatly improved by means of the coatings applied to the fire hose.
