Abstract

The invention discloses a method for integrally preparing compound amino acid by using superfine grinding enzymolysis, and belongs to the technical field of a preparation method of the compound amino acid. The method comprises the following process steps of: 1) cleaning protein raw materials, removing impurities of the protein raw materials and drying for later use; (2) mixing the protein raw materials obtained in the step 1) with water; adding into a constant-temperature superfine grinding system; simultaneously adding proteolytic enzyme; and performing grinding enzymolysis on the protein raw materials; and 3) putting the materials obtained in the step 2) into a centrifugal machine for carrying out centrifugal separation; and spraying and drying supernate to obtain compound amino acid powder. The method is reasonable in design; the protein raw materials are subjected to earlier stage treatment and are treated by using a combined technology of mechanical force superfine grinding and enzymolysis; a condition of the constant-temperature superfine grinding system and a condition of the enzymolysis are reasonably controlled at the same time; and the protein raw materials are subjected to after-treatment, so that the environment-friendly low-carbon requirement is met, and the pollution and the hazard are avoided; and therefore, the prepared compound amino acid is a preferable fertilizer carrier to develop green organic agriculture.
