Abstract

The present invention discloses a rapid cement initial setting catalyst, which comprises, by mass, 20-29% of ferric sulfate, 12-25% of aluminum powder, 0.1-0.5% of hydrofluoric acid, 3-8% of acetic acid, 10-15% of peanut shell powder, 17-25% of calcium hydroxide, 4-6% of sodium chloride, and 9.5-19.9% of water, preferably, 26% of ferric sulfate, 17% of aluminum powder, 0.2% of hydrofluoric acid, 6% of acetic acid, 13% of peanut shell powder, 19% of calcium hydroxide, 5% of sodium chloride, and 13.8% of water. The rapid cement initial setting catalyst has the following significant and beneficial effects that: (1) a large number of low-cost raw materials are adopted so as to provide a cost advantage; (2) a catalysis effect is significant, and a compressive strength of the cement after final setting is not damaged; (3) the rapid cement initial setting catalyst is non-toxic and harmless, and substances with environmental impacts and damage on human health in the raw materials can be reduced; and (4) the ordinary cement can has a rapid initial setting effect so as to replace the special cement to improve a value of the ordinary cement.
