Embodiment 1

[0059] Example 1: OSAHS primary screening system of the present invention

[0060] refer to figure 1 , image 3 , this embodiment shows a basic obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) initial screening system of the present invention. The OSAHS initial screening system includes: a single chip computer 1, a computer 2, and an oral-nasal airflow monitoring module 3 , thoracic and abdominal breathing exercise monitoring module 4, blood oxygen heart rate monitoring module 5; wherein, the nose and nose airflow monitoring module 3, the chest and abdominal breathing exercise monitoring module 4, the blood oxygen heart rate monitoring module 5 and the single-chip microcomputer 1 are connected together by wired or wireless means ; SCM 1 and computer 2 are connected together by wired or wireless means.

[0061] The analog signal data collected by the oral and nasal airflow monitoring module 3 , the chest-abdominal respiratory movement monitoring module 4 and the blood oxygen...

Embodiment 2

[0068] Embodiment 2: OSAHS primary screening system with video and audio of the present invention

[0069] refer to figure 2 , this embodiment shows an OSAHS primary screening system with a video and audio module of the present invention. The difference from Embodiment 1 is that a video and audio module 6 is added, and the data collected by the video and audio module 6 is connected to the computer 2 in a wired or wireless manner. After the video and audio data is processed by the computer 2, it is combined with the data of the mouth and nose airflow, chest and abdomen breathing, blood oxygen, and heart rate from the single-chip computer 1, and is displayed on the display of the computer 2 with intuitive charts and data, which can be read by medical staff. In this way, not only medical data such as oral and nasal airflow, chest and abdominal breathing, blood oxygen, heart rate, etc., but also the symptoms of suffocation during apnea and facial expressions at the mouth and nos...

Embodiment 3

[0074] Example 3: Vest-type OSAHS primary screening system of the present invention

[0075] refer to Figure 5 , this embodiment shows a vest-type OSAHS primary screening system of the present invention. The vest 9 is added to the vest-type OSAHS primary screening system. The vest 9 is made of cotton elastic underwear, and is provided with chest straps 91 , abdominal straps 92 , pockets 93 and fixing buckles 94 . The chest strap 91 is provided with a sensor for monitoring the breathing movement of the chest; the abdominal strap 92 is provided with a sensor for monitoring the breathing movement of the abdomen; the pocket 93 can be installed with the microcontroller 1; the fixing buckle 94 can fix the wires connected to the sensors.

[0076] The single-chip microcomputer 1 can be installed on the vest 9, and the vest 9 includes a chest strap 91 and an abdominal strap 92 that can monitor the breathing movement of the chest and abdomen, a pocket 93 that can be incorporated into ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patient preliminary screening system. The preliminary screening system comprises a singlechip microcomputer, a computer, a mouth-nose airflow monitoring module, a thoracoabdominal respiratory movement monitoring module and a blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring module, wherein the mouth-nose airflow monitoring module, the thoracoabdominal respiratory movement monitoring module and the blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring module are connected with the singlechip microcomputer in a wired or wireless manner; and the singlechip microcomputer is connected with the computer in the wired or wireless manner. A sleep monitoring system comprises three core sleep monitoring modules of mouth-nose airflow monitoring, thoracoabdominal respiratory movement monitoring and blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring and is utilized to preliminarily screen out OSAHS patients from sleep breathing disorder diseases, on the one hand, more scientific monitoring data is obtained, and on the other hand, the number of sensors on patients can be reduced to the maximum extent; and moreover, the system monitors the patients in natural sleep states at home, and the obtained data is relatively in accordance with the practical sleep states of the patients in daily lives. Particularly, after a video / audio module is arranged, the preliminary screening system can more vividly show the apnea and labored breathing symptoms of the sleeping patients, and warns the patients to get treatment in a specialized sleep hospital in time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a primary screening system for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients, in particular to a device and method for primary screening of OSAHS patients. Background technique [0002] Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) is a sleep-disordered breathing disorder characterized by apnea or hypoventilation caused by the collapse and obstruction of the upper airway soft tissue during sleep. OSAHS is clinically characterized by apnea, hypoventilation, and snoring. Long-term hypoventilation during sleep causes hypoxemia and other diseases. Modern medical research has shown that OSAHS is the source of chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. The United Nations International Health Organization lists it as one of the major diseases that threaten human health. The incidence of OSAHS is as high as 6%-7% in the population. Currently, polysomnography (PSG) for OSAHS patients is the gol...
