no. 1 approach )

[0125] refer to Figure 1-54 Next, a first embodiment of a dental X-ray extraoral imaging device as an X-ray tomographic imaging device according to the present invention will be described.

[0126] This X-ray extraoral imaging device scans the imaging target (dentition, etc.) of the jaw of the subject P with X-rays from the outside of the jaw, processes the data collected by the scan by the tomosynthesis method, and generates The physiotherapy equipment (modality) of the tomographic image of the imaging subject. Therefore, the X-ray extraoral imaging device according to the present embodiment, needless to say the function of the panoramic imaging device used in the existing dental treatment, can also realize the miniaturization, light weight and high resolution which cannot be obtained by the conventional panoramic imaging device. The object of the present invention is the provision of images, the improvement of work flow due to the inconvenience of having to install an imag...

Abstract

An X-ray tomogram imaging device (1) of the present invention is provided with an X-ray tube (31) and a direct conversion-type detector (32). The X-ray tube and the detector are supported so as to be independently rotatable of each other along a curved trajectory by way of support means (21, 311, and 312). Scanning and image reconstruction are performed under instruction from a computer (11). The X-ray tube and the detector are moved independently of each other along the trajectory so that X-ray radiation is consistently transmitted at a desired angle through a desired cross-section of an object to be imaged. A panorama image of the cross-section is generated using frame data, and using the frame data and the panorama image, a tomogram is generated in which the focus in the object to be imaged has been optimized and distortion caused by differences in the angles of the paths of the X-ray radiation has been suppressed. The present invention can be implemented as an apparatus for such applications as medicine, including dentistry, and destructive testing. In addition, the present invention can also have functionality for CT imaging.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an X-ray tomographic imaging apparatus using a tomographic image of an X-ray imaging object, and more particularly to an X-ray tomographic imaging apparatus for imaging a tomographic image such as a three-dimensional panoramic image of an object based on a tomosynthesis method . Background technique [0002] In recent years, a tomosynthesis method of a subject based on tomosynthesis has become popular. The principle of this tomosynthesis method is already known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). In recent years, a simple and convenient tomography method has been proposed focusing on the tomosynthesis method for image reconstruction (for example, refer to Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3). Furthermore, examples thereof are often found in dentistry and mammography (for example, refer to Patent Document 4, Patent Document 5, Patent Document 6, and Patent Document 7). [0003] Conventionally, as one of the...
