Abstract

The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery and to a lithium secondary battery comprising same. According to the present invention, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, comprising an ionizable lithium salt and an organic solvent, comprises: (a) 1 to 10 parts by weight of a compound containing a vinylene group or a vinyl group, relative to a total of 100 parts by weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution; and (b) 10 to 300 parts by weight of a dinitrile compound having an ether bond, relative to 100 parts by weight of the compound containing the vinylene group or the vinyl group. The lithium secondary battery comprising the non-aqueous electrolyte solution of the present invention may effectively inhibit the swelling of the battery and improve the charge and discharge cycles of the battery.
