Wherein the undercoat coating material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 29-30% of pigment, 25-29% of polyester resin, 1-5% of melamine resin, 1-3% of epoxy resin and 35-39% of solvent; and the top coat coating material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 12-21% of melamine resin, 17-21% of polyester resin, 4-6% of aggregate, 50-57% of solvent and 5-7% of antifoaming agent. The surface coating material of the high rigidity steel tape belt has the beneficial effects that the strength of coating is superior to that of the other coatings, and the coating material has good hardness and toughness; with regard to the close distance measurement of the tape, the coating material can extend the extension length and bending resistance of the tape to the maximum extent; and at the same time, the coating material meets an environment-friendly requirement, and is nontoxic and harmless.
