Abstract

The invention discloses a parallel uniform linear array-based two-dimensional arrival angle tracking method and a parallel uniform linear array-based two-dimensional arrival angle tracking device for a coherent signal. A parallel uniform linear array is used for converting a two-dimensional arrival angle estimation problem of the coherent signal into a one-dimensional angle estimation problem to avoid the characteristic decomposition of a covariance matrix of a sensor and provide automatically paired azimuth angle and elevation angle estimate values of the signal, so that a computation amount is decreased. A recursive least squares (RLS) algorithm is used for adaptively estimating a noise subspace so as to establish a transient objective function, and an inexact Newton iteration algorithm is used for adaptively updating an azimuth and an elevation. A Luenberger stage observer is used for solving the problem of angle crossing of the signal according to a motion model of the signal. The characteristic decomposition is not required, and the method is simple and effective in computation. Therefore, the method has high capability in real-time tracking of a two-dimensional arrival angle of a time-varying multi-signal source, and the estimated two-dimensional arrival angle is approximate to a true value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of array signal processing, and relates to a two-dimensional angle-of-arrival tracking method and device for coherent signals based on parallel uniform line arrays. Background technique [0002] Array signal processing has important applications in radar, sonar, communication and other fields. One of the basic problems of signal processing is to estimate the direction of arrival of multiple signal sources in a noisy environment. In some practical cases, it is necessary to adaptively estimate and track the two-dimensional angle of arrival (pitch and azimuth) of time-varying multi-signal sources, although there have been studies using uniform linear arrays and rectangular arrays to solve the one-dimensional wave of coherent signals However, the research on two-dimensional angle-of-arrival tracking of coherent multi-signal sources has not been solved. The problems encountered in AOA tracking of coherent signal...
