Abstract

The invention relates to a boiler water quality detection device based on flow injection analysis and a soft-measuring technology. A distilled water container, a boiler water sample solution container and a standard acid solution container are respectively connected with a 16-way valve through a hose; the 16-way valve is orderly connected with a peristaltic pump, a 26-way valve, a conductivity electrode, a pH electrode, and a chloride ion electrode through the hose; the chloride ion electrode is connected with a liquid waste cup; and a central control system is connected with the 16-way valve, the peristaltic pump, the 26-way valve, the conductivity electrode, the pH electrode and the chloride ion electrode respectively. Signals of the conductivity electrode, the pH electrode and the chloride ion electrode in a flow injection analysis system are collected through a central data processing system to determine a plurality of water quality parameters such as water conductivity of the boiler, pH value, and chloride ion concentration; a voltage value signal can be measured by the boiler water quality detection device according to the pH electrode; and rapid and effective measurement on total alkalinity of boiler water can be achieved by the soft-measuring technology at the same time.
