Embodiment 1-13

[0047] Preparation of polylactic acid hydrogel: polylactic acid was placed in guanidine hydrochloride solution. Dialyze the above solution against double distilled water, 20°C for several hours, change the solution 4 times, and freeze-dry the dialysis retentate after the precipitation is formed to obtain the gel material (wherein the polylactic acid is 50wt%) (the following hydrogels follow the above method Preparation or direct use of commercially available hydrogels, sucrose acetate isobutyrate, carbomer and polyasparagine are all commercially available).

Embodiment 2

[0048] Embodiment 2: Prepare poly-N-isopropylacrylamide hydrogel (colloid particle content is 30wt%) by the method for embodiment 1

Embodiment 3

[0049] Embodiment 3: commercially available carbomer hydrogel (colloid particle content is 80wt%)

Abstract

The invention discloses a use of a gel material in a therapeutic process (a dental filling process) of a dental disease. The use is characterized in that the gel material is applied to cavity preparation in the therapeutic process of the dental disease and then used for temporarily sealing in the therapeutic process of the dental disease, wherein the gel material is selected from temperature-sensitive type hydrogel or solvent-sensitive type gel; the phase transition temperature of the temperature-sensitive type hydrogel is 25 DEG C to 36 DEG C, i.e., when the temperature is lower than the phase transition temperature, the gel material is in a liquid state, and when the temperature is higher than the phase transition temperature, the gel material is in a solid state; the solvent-sensitive gel is insoluble in water, and freely soluble in other solvents; and the solvent-sensitive gel is in the liquid state in a process of dissolving in the solvents, the solvent-sensitive gel is in the solid state after the solvents are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of dental pulp disease treatment, in particular to the application of gel material in the cavity preparation and temporary sealing during the dental pulp disease treatment process. Background technique [0002] In the treatment of endodontics and periapical diseases, when the permanent restoration of the tooth cannot be completed at one time, it is necessary to use a temporary sealing material to seal the entrance of the pulp cavity, so as to prevent oral saliva and microorganisms from invading the root canal as much as possible during the appointment. The basic requirements for temporary sealing materials are good sealing performance and certain compressive strength, and the temporary sealing needs to be easy to remove. Temporary sealing is a routine operation in multiple treatments of pulp disease and periapical disease. Although the operation is simple, it is not easy to achieve a good temporary sealing.
