Problems solved by technology

The traditional interlock trip island protection wiring is complex and requires a large number of control cables to be connected
Island protection based on local measurement includes passive and active island protection. Passive island protection has detection blind spots, while active island protection needs to add disturbance signals to the system and can only be installed on the distributed power supply side.

Embodiment Construction

[0026] The safety automatic control system of the present embodiment includes:

[0027] The control terminal installed on the distributed power supply side is used to measure the frequency of the distributed power supply synchronously, and mark the time stamp, and send the synchronously measured frequency data to the public power grid side through the 3G network;

[0028] The control terminal installed on the side of the public power grid is used for synchronously measuring the frequency of the public power grid and marking it with a time stamp, and at the same time receiving the synchronously measuring frequency data sent from the distributed power supply side;

[0029] The control terminal installed on the public grid side calculates the frequency difference between the public grid side and the distributed power supply side according to the time scale. If the frequency difference exceeds a set action value (the set action value is generally , the specific value can also ref...

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic safety control system for island detection of distributed energy resources. The automatic safety control system comprises a control terminal mounted on the side of a distributed power supply, wherein the control terminal is used for performing synchronous frequency measurement on the distributed power supply, marking a time scale on the distributed power supply and sending synchronous frequency measurement data to the side of a public power network through a 3G network. The automatic safety control system further comprises the control terminal mounted on the side of the public power network, wherein the control terminal is used for performing synchronous frequency measurement on the public power network, marking the time scale on the public power network and receiving the synchronous frequency measurement data sent from the side of the distributed power supply. The control terminal mounted on the side of the public power network computes a frequency difference between the sides of the public power network and the distributed power supply according to the time scales; if the frequency difference exceeds a setting action value, a tripping command is sent to the side of the distributed power supply after a given time delay is carried out on the frequency difference; if the frequency difference exceeds a setting start value but not exceeds the setting action value, an energy integral value (Kdf) of the frequency difference is computed; and if the value (Kdf) exceeds an energy integral setting value of the frequency difference, the tripping command is sent to the side of the distributed power supply.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric power technology, in particular to a 3G network-based safety automatic control system for distributed energy island detection. Background technique [0002] The so-called isolated island phenomenon refers to that in the distributed power generation system, when the grid power supply trips due to a fault accident or power outage maintenance, the distributed grid-connected power generation system at each user end fails to detect the power outage state in time and cuts itself off from the mains network. Finally, a self-sufficient power supply island power generation system composed of a distributed power station grid-connected power generation system and its connected loads is formed. The occurrence of the island effect will bring serious safety hazards to the system equipment and related personnel, including: (1) The island effect will cause the voltage and frequency to lose control, and the voltage and freq...
