Abstract

The invention discloses a self-checking control type belt deviation rectifying device. The self-checking control type belt deviation rectifying device comprises a belt deviation detecting device (2), a hydraulic station (7) and an executing mechanism, wherein the executing mechanism comprises a deviation rectifying cylinder (11) and a deviation rectifying drum (8), the deviation rectifying drum (8) is mounted on two deviation rectifying drum bearing seats (9) on two sides, one deviation rectifying drum bearing seat on one side is mounted on a sliding bottom plate (17) and is connected with a deviation rectifying cylinder piston rod, and the other end of the deviation rectifying cylinder is mounted on a cylinder base (12). The deviation rectifying drum bearing seat on the other side is mounted on a fixed base (15) via a cuphead pin (16) and can swing along the same. A left cavity and a right cavity on two sides of the piston in the body of the deviation rectifying cylinder are connected with the hydraulic station (7) through hydraulic oil pipes (10). Output of a belt deviation detecting device is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the PLC controls output of the hydraulic station to control stretching of the deviation rectifying cylinder, and thus, the deviation rectifying cylinder can be controlled to rectify deviation of a belt (5).
