Problems solved by technology

[0003] Because the crotonaldehyde molecule has a carbon-carbon double bond, it can polymerize with functional monomers and cross-linking agents, so conventional molecular imprinting methods cannot prepare molecularly imprinted polymers of crotonaldehyde
There is no report on the selective adsorption of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke

Embodiment 1

[0021] Choose n-butyraldehyde as the template molecule, the functional monomer is α-methacrylic acid (MAA), 2-vinylpyridine (2-VP), 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) or acrylamide (AM) One, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) is used as a crosslinking agent, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) is used as an initiator, and silica gel is used as a sacrificial carrier.

[0022] Weigh 1 mmol of n-butyraldehyde, then add the specified amount and type of functional monomer according to Table 1, and then shake at 25°C for 3 hours to make the imprinted molecules and functional monomer fully react, then add the functional monomer as shown in Table 1 The specified amount of EDGMA and different amounts of AIBN are mixed, transferred to a 50mL glass ampoule, and passed through N 2 Deoxygenate for 5-10 minutes, add silica gel and then pass nitrogen for 3 minutes, then seal it under anaerobic conditions and put it in a constant temperature oscillator at 60 °C for 24 hours. After adding 10 ml of hydrofl...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an adsorbent for selectively adsorbing crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke. N-butanal is used as a dummy template, a methacrylic acid, acrylamide, 2-vinylpyridine and 4-vinylpyridine are used as functional monomers, methanol, 2- chloromethane, chloroform and tetrahydrofuran are used as porogen solvents, ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylic ester is used as a cross-linking agent, silica gel is used as a sacrifice monomer, and a polymer which has a selective adsorption function on the crotonaldehyde is synthesized by a sacrificial silica-gel method. The adsorbent has the advantages that the original shape of a silica gel microsphere is maintained, pore volume and specific surface area are larger, reaction sites are numerous, and high selectivity and adsorption capacity on the crotonaldehyde are achieved. The adsorbent is applied to ternary composite filter rods, when the addition amount is 10mg per rod, the reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde is 21.9%, the relative reduction rate of relative tar is 10.1%, and when the addition amount is 20mg per rod, the reduction rate of the crotonaldehyde is 46.0%, and the relative reduction rate of the relative tar is 25.8%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette material preparation, and in particular relates to a preparation method of an adsorbent capable of selectively adsorbing crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke. Background technique [0002] The smoke produced by the burning of cigarettes contains many harmful components such as carbon monoxide and crotonaldehyde. Among them, crotonaldehyde is more toxic than similar saturated aldehydes, and has a strong stimulating effect on the conjunctiva and upper respiratory tract mucosa. Long-term exposure can cause chronic rhinitis, nervous system dysfunction, conjunctivitis, corneal damage, etc., which is not conducive to human health. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the content of crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke (relative to the content of tar) is of great significance to cigarette manufacturers. [0003] Because crotonaldehyde molecules have carbon-carbon double bonds and can polymerize with functio...
