Embodiment 1

[0015] (1) The treatment of raw medicinal materials of Emei Double Butterfly, including vacuum drying, crushing and enzymatic hydrolysis of raw medicinal materials. The raw medicinal material is vacuum-dried to a moisture content of 5.8%, and the drying temperature is 55° C., then crushed to 25 mesh, and then 2.5 times the amount of the dried medicinal material is added to the enzymatic hydrolysis solution at a temperature of 45° C. for 4 hours. The preparation method of the enzymolysis solution is as follows: 2 grams of cellulase with an enzyme activity of 20,000 units is dissolved in 500 ml of distilled water.

[0016] (2) Extraction of active ingredients from Emei Double Butterfly. Heat the above enzymolysis solution and medicinal materials to 85°C, extract for 30 minutes, filter and collect the filtrate; continue to add drinking water 2.2 times the dry medicinal materials to the filter residue, heat up to 87°C, extract for 25 minutes, filter and collect the filtrate; combi...

Embodiment 2

[0020] (1) The treatment of raw medicinal materials of Emei Double Butterfly, including vacuum drying, crushing and enzymatic hydrolysis of raw medicinal materials. The raw medicinal material is vacuum-dried to a moisture content of 7.4%, and the drying temperature is 75° C., then crushed to 30 mesh, and then 4 times the amount of the dried medicinal material is added to the enzymatic hydrolysis solution at a temperature of 50° C. for 6 hours. The preparation method of the enzymolysis solution is as follows: dissolving 4 grams of cellulase with an enzyme activity of 30,000 units in 500 ml of distilled water.

[0021] (2) Extraction of active ingredients from Emei Double Butterfly. Heat the above-mentioned enzymolysis solution and medicinal materials to 90°C, extract for 50 minutes, filter and collect the filtrate; continue to add drinking water 4 times the dry medicinal materials to the filter residue, heat up to 92°C, extract for 45 minutes, filter and collect the filtrate; c...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an antivenom oral liquid with tripterospermum cordatum as the major raw material. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) treatment of the tripterospermum cordatum raw medicinal material: performing vacuum drying, crushing and enzymolysis on the raw medicinal material; (2) extraction of active ingredients of tripterospermum cordatum: performing twice ultrasonic extraction with water as a solvent, blending the filtrates and then performing alcohol precipitation to remove impurities; and (3) preparation of the antivenom oral liquid: after freezing and filtering, filtering the mixed filtrate by using a bacterial filter in a sterile area and then filling the filtered liquid. The antivenom oral liquid obtained by the method disclosed by the invention has tremendous curative effect on neural venoms such as the snake venom of coral snake and the like, and blood circulation venoms and mixed venoms and snake wounds caused by long-noded pit viper, cobra and the like; and the effect of the antivenom oral liquid is superior to that of the traditional medication ways such as taking orally after decocting with water and dressing the wound after chewing. The method is convenient for industrialized, large-scale and standardized production, and wide in market prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-snake venom oral liquid, in particular to a method for producing an anti-snake venom oral liquid by using Emei double butterfly as a main raw material. Background technique [0002] Emei double butterfly genus Gentianaceae double butterfly genus, Latin name Tripterospermum cordatum (Marq.) H. Smith , which is a perennial evergreen twining herb, is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine, mainly distributed in Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other regions. Traditional Chinese medicine records that it is cold in nature, sweet and pungent in taste, and has the functions of moistening the lungs to stop bleeding, clearing away heat and diuresis, detoxifying, and reducing swelling. [0003] Our folks have used Emei double butterfly as an antivenom drug. The main method is to take it orally after decoction or chew it and apply it to the wound. It has a certain curative effect, but...
