Abstract

The kit can capture the CA125 in serum through the CA125 antibody coated on a 96 orifice plate, the specificity is used for recognizing the agglutinin VVA of Tn antigen to detect the Tn antigen content on the CA125 surface, thereby whether the patient has malignant gynecologic tumor due to rising of CA125 or not can be determined. The time for kit detection is saved, a required serum sample is easy to be acquired, and the kit has high degree of accuracy used for distinguishing rising of benign CA125 and malignant CA125.
