The method mainly comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing the biochemical reagent; (2) distributing liquid drops through a liquid dispensing pump; (3) dropping the liquid drops into liquid nitrogen so that the liquid nitrogen in contact with the liquid drops absorbs heat so as to be gasified to form a gas flow, wherein the gas flow enables the liquid drops to be floated on the surface of the liquid nitrogen; and when the liquid drops are completely solidified, the liquid drops are formed into ice pellets and sunk to the bottom of the liquid nitrogen; and (4) freeze-drying the ice pellets in a freeze dryer, thereby obtaining the finished product.
