According to current output of the current source, a first detection signal is output, the management module outputs a second control signal, a first control signal is delayed to output in accordance with the first detection signal, and a shift switch which is connected with the management module is used for short-circuiting two USB data lines of the USB interface in accordance with the second control signal and for disconnecting two short-circuited USB data lines of the USB interface in accordance with the first control signal.
