[0045] Source of strains: 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, including 1 standard strain - Staphylococcus aureus CMCC26003, and 19 isolates from different foods. See Table 1 for strain information. Seven negative control strains were Listeria monocytogenes ATCC19115, Enterobacter sakazakii ATCC29544, Micrococcus luteus CMCC28001, Shigella dysenteriae NICPBP51252, Yersinia enterocolitica CMCC52221, Klebsiella pneumoniae CMCC46102, Streptococcus faecalis ATCC29212. The above-mentioned strains come from the China Common Microorganism Culture Collection Management Center, the China Institute for the Identification of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products, and the Technology Center of the Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. All strains were confirmed by corresponding national standards.
