The producing method mainly comprises the following technical steps of: 1, enabling fresh camellia fruits to suffer from electing, retting, cleaning, drying, seed un-shelling, seed-selecting, sterilizing and cooking to obtain cured camellia seeds; 2, squeezing the cured camellia seeds obtained in the step 1 by an oil press and filtering to obtain clean squeezed camellia oil; 3, stirring and adsorbing, to be specific, placing the squeezed camellia oil obtained in the step 2 in a mixing tank, adding an adsorbent for mixing and filtering to obtain the camellia oil after the adsorption treatment; and 4, degreasing the camellia oil after the adsorption treatment to obtain the original-fragrant camellia oil.
