Problems solved by technology

However, the above-mentioned thenardite ice packs still have the following defects in use: ①The thenardite ice packs are made of cotton pads and non-woven bags. Because the cotton pads have low water absorption and limited liquid storage, the softness is poor, which makes the thenardite ice packs In the process of use, the drug effect cannot be well exerted, and the comfort of use is affected; ②The temperature of the Glauber’s salt ice pack is low at the beginning of use (the temperature is -10°C after being taken out of the refrigerator for 1 hour), which is prone to frostbite; ③ The Glauber's salt ice pack is frosty after being taken out of the refrigerator, so the softness at the beginning of use is also poor

Embodiment 1)

[0022] See figure 1 , The chemical ice pack for combined drug therapy of this embodiment includes a core layer 1 and a packaging layer 2 .

[0023] The core layer 1 is obtained by impregnating dust-free paper containing superabsorbent resin with chemical solution. The chemical solution is made of the following components by weight percentage: 10% Glauber's salt, 10% edible salt and 80% water.

[0024] The packaging layer 2 includes a hydrophilic layer 21 , a water barrier layer 22 and an outer cladding layer 23 .

[0025] The material of the hydrophilic layer 21 is non-woven fabric. Both the water barrier layer 22 and the outer packaging layer 23 are polyethylene films. The edges of the hydrophilic layer 21 and the water-repellent layer 22 are sealed together, so that the core layer 1 is covered inside to obtain an inner inclusion. The outer cladding layer 23 covers the inner inclusion body.

[0026] The manufacture method of the chemical ice pack of the present embodimen...

experiment example )

[0036] The chemical ice pack prepared in Example 1 was placed in a -18°C refrigerator for 12 hours and then taken out. The chemical ice pack was in the form of frost water, and the temperature was -5.4°C 1 hour after being taken out.

[0037] The Glauber's salt ice pack prepared in Comparative Example 1 was placed in a -18°C refrigerator for 12 hours and then taken out. The Glauber's salt ice pack was in the form of frost, and the temperature was -10°C 1 hour after being taken out.

[0038] From the above experiments, it can be seen that the initial softness of the chemical ice pack prepared in Example 1 is better than that of the Glauber's salt ice pack prepared in Comparative Example 1. And the temperature at the initial stage of use of the chemical ice pack made in Example 1 is milder than the temperature at the initial stage of use of the Glauber's salt ice pack made in Comparative Example 1, so that the occurrence of frostbite can be avoided.

Abstract

The invention discloses a chemical ice bag combined with medication and a manufacturing method thereof. The chemical ice bag combined with medication comprises a core layer and a packaging layer, wherein the core layer is obtained by soaking dust-free paper in a chemical solution; the packaging layer comprises a hydrophilic layer, a waterproof layer and an outer packaging layer; the hydrophilic layer is bonded with one surface of the core layer, the waterproof layer is bonded with the other surface of the core layer, and the edges of the hydrophilic layer and the waterproof layer are sealed together for forming an inner packaging body; and the outer packaging layer is coated outside the inner packaging body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (1) soaking the dust-free paper in the chemical solution to obtain the core layer; (2) firstly bonding the hydrophilic layer on one surface of the core layer, then bonding the waterproof layer on the other surface of the core layer, and then sealing the edges of the hydrophilic layer and the waterproof layer together to obtain the inner packaging body; and (3) arranging the inner packaging body into the outer packaging layer to obtain the chemical ice bag. The chemical ice bag combined with medication, disclosed by the invention, can well play efficacy and is more comfortable during the using process, the softness is better during the initial stage of use, and frostbite can be avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cold compress tool for clinical medical care, in particular to a chemical ice pack combined with drug therapy and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] Cold compress is the most common treatment for acute soft tissue injury. It mainly utilizes the body's physiological response to cold to constrict local tissue capillaries, reduce bleeding and swelling, and relieve pain caused by compression of peripheral nerves. Cold compresses can slow down the nerve conduction rate, paralyze local peripheral nerves, reduce the sensitivity of peripheral nerves and relieve pain; cold compresses can also slow down blood flow, reduce tissue temperature and cell metabolism, thereby inhibiting the spread of inflammation. [0003] At present, the cold compress methods that are often used at home and abroad include ice cube cold compress, chemical agent cold compress, ice pack ice pack, ice water immersion and so on.
