Embodiment 1

[0021] A regeneration method of activated carbon after adsorbing organic matter, the method is as follows:

[0022] A. 6mmol / L ferrous sulfate solution (100 ml) is joined in the iodine measuring bottle filled with undried waste activated carbon;

[0023] b. Adjust the pH of the ferrous sulfate solution to 3 with 1 mol / L sulfuric acid solution;

[0024] c. add 12mmol hydrogen peroxide rapidly to the iodine measuring bottle that is filled with ferrous sulfate and waste active carbon;

[0025] d. Quickly put the iodine bottle into a constant temperature shaker for shaking, the constant temperature of the shaker is 50°C, the speed of the shaker is set at 200r / min, and the shaking reaction is 70min;

[0026] e. Take out the iodine measuring bottle, pour out the supernatant carefully, and then the regenerated activated carbon can be obtained.

[0027] The COD of the wastewater after adsorption of regenerated activated carbon and fresh activated carbon was measured by the potassium...

Abstract

The invention relates to a waste activated carbon regenerating method, and discloses a regenerating method of activated carbon after absorbing organic matters. The regenerating method comprises the following steps: a, adding ferrous sulfate solution into a container holding waste activated carbon which is not dried; b, adjusting the pH value of the ferrous sulfate solution to be 2 to 4 with sulfuric acid solution; c, quickly adding hydrogen peroxide into a container holding ferrous sulfate and waste activated carbon; d, quickly stirring the container, performing reaction for 30 to 120 minutes; e, settling after stirring, and discharging liquid supernatant so as to obtain regenerated activated carbon. The method is simple to operate; the loss amount of activated carbon is small during a regenerating process; Fenton reagent can thoroughly oxidize and decompose the organic matters absorbed in the activated carbon, so that secondary pollution is effectively avoided during the regenerating process; and the regenerating method has good economic benefit.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention involves the technique of waste activated carbon regeneration, and especially involves a regeneration method for activated carbon after adsorbing organic matter. Background technique [0002] Activated carbon has a strong adsorption ability because of its developed pore structure and huge comparison area area. It is stable in nature. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents. It can resist acid and alkali, and can withstand the effects of water and humidity, high temperature and high pressure.Many of the above advantages make activated carbon as an important adsorbent and catalyst carrier in various fields of production and life.As the consumption of activated carbon consumption rises rapidly, how to effectively regenerate waste activated carbon has attracted increasing attention."Waste activity carbon"refers to the treatment of wastewater treatment. After a period of time, the adsorption capacity decreases or is completely lost. I...
