Abstract

The chip comprises a substrate and nucleic acid probes positioned on the substrate. The nucleic acid probes comprise nucleic acids with nucleotide sequences represented by SEQ ID No.1-34. The 3' sites of the probes are subjected to amino modification. The gene chip of the cleft lip and palate susceptibility gene is used for detecting the relationships between various genes and cleft lip and palate. According to the gene chip, probes of sites of all the genes and possible to be related with cleft lip and palate are integrated into one chip. A base complementary hybridization method is adopted, such that high-flux, raft, and accurate detections are realized. With the cleft lip and palate susceptibility gene detection chip, gene screening upon susceptible populations can be rapidly and conveniently carried out, high-risk populations can be detected within early pregnancy or pre-pregnancy periods, such that occurrences of cleft lip and palate can be prevented and reduced through means of reducing the contact with risk factors and improving conditions.
