The system provided by the invention comprises at least a medical institution server, a front-end processor, two or more than two data gateways and a data exchange platform; wherein the at least one medical institution server is used for sending medical data to the front-end processor; the front-end process is used for receiving the medical data sent from the at least one medical institution server, obtaining a destination data gateway from the two or more than two data gateways and sending the medical data to the destination data gateway; the two or more than two data gateways are used for receiving the medical data and sending the medical data to the data exchange platform; and the data exchange platform is used for processing the received medical data. According to the invention, influence on service due to congestion of one data gateway when the service is busy or influence on service due to fault of the front-end process of a medical institution is avoided, so that the data stability is improved, and normal medical service can be ensured.
