Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: crushing the resina draconis into ethanol, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, drying the extracts, using dimethyl sulfoxide for dissolving to obtain solution, continuously diluting, and obtaining solution with geometric proportion concentration; respectively measuring blood plasma recalcification time contraction rate and platelet aggregation inhibition ratio of the resina draconis; and carrying out titer calculation according to a parallel line assay method based on quantitative responses (2.2) of appendix X IV of Chinese Pharmacopoeia II.
