Abstract

The invention provides a lifting machine tool for impellers of offshore wind turbines. The lifting machine tool comprises a swing arm component, a spring locking component, a swing arm rotation component, a rolling wheel adjustment component and a hydraulic cylinder power component. The bottom side of the swing arm component is connected with the swing arm rotation component through a pin shaft and the top side thereof is connected with the rolling wheel adjustment component. The hydraulic cylinder power component comprises a bottom hydraulic cylinder and an adjustment hydraulic cylinder. Two ends of the adjustment hydraulic cylinder are connected with the swing arm component and the rolling wheel adjustment component respectively through pin shafts. Two ends of the bottom hydraulic are connected with the swing arm component and the swing arm rotation component respectively so as to control rotation of the swing arm rotation component. The lifting center of the lifting machine tool is suspended on a main lifting hook. The tail end of a swing arm is fixedly connected with a hub of an impeller. The impeller can be overturned in the air and subjected to compensation of elevation angle conveniently and quickly by the aid of an auxiliary hook, so that elevation requirements can be met. Besides, offshore mounting efficiency can be effectively improved and offshore mounting cost can be saved.
