Embodiment 1

[0031] ① Konjac pretreatment and konjac skin alkaloid extraction: 400g of fresh konjac was washed and dried to remove surface moisture, remove epidermal insect scars and terminal buds and other impurities, and peeled to obtain 66g of skin. Cut the peeled fresh konjac into pieces for later use. Add 75% ethanol to the konjac peel, the addition amount is 1:15, the extraction temperature is 45°C, and after the extraction time is 1.5h, the extract solution and extraction residue are centrifuged. The alkaloids were separated and purified from the extract to obtain 0.168 g of alkaloids; the extract was concentrated by rotary evaporation at 60°C in a vacuum to recover ethanol, and the residue was extracted for later use.

[0032] ② Steam-exploded konjac wet grinding to prepare konjac powder: cut fresh konjac according to the weight ratio of 1:0.5 with the konjac raw material, add 100ppm sulfite aqueous solution for pre-soaking for 3s, put the pre-soaked konjac raw material in the stea...

Abstract

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, such as low degree of utilization of konjac resources and lack of clean and high-efficiency full-biomass utilization method, and provides a comprehensive utilization method for konjac. Based on steam explosion classification in combination with glucomannan wet-method preparation techniques and in consideration of physicochemical properties of individual components, the method achieves co-production eco-industrial development and comprises the following steps: extracting alkaloids from konjac skin, making konjac tuber powder by wet grinding, extracting ceramide from konjac fly powder, and producing biogas and ethanol by fermentation of a grinding waste liquid. The method can not only increase the utilization ratio of konjac resources and reduce environmental pollution but also achieve full-biomass utilization of konjac. The method is advantageous in having low energy consumption and high efficiency, increasing purity of the refined powder and achieving full-biomass clean high-value utilization of konjac.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food raw material processing, and in particular relates to a comprehensive utilization method of konjac whole biomass. 【Background technique】 [0002] Konjac is the only plant found on earth that contains glucomannan in large quantities. China has abundant and high-quality konjac resources, and there were records of cultivating konjac as early as 1700 years ago, but until the early 1980s, its research and utilization was almost blank. However, in the following 20 years, the konjac industry in my country has undergone earth-shaking changes. Today, konjac in our country has developed from a small vegetable crop that fends itself to one of the fist economic crops for farmers in the southern mountainous areas to become rich. The product has also changed from a single black konjac tofu to more than 100 kinds of food at present, and is also widely used in medicine. In industries such as chemical industry, petroleum, ...
