The monitoring structure for supporting data capture of the port and the virtual link comprises an ARINC66 protocol monitoring engine, a monitoring configuration parameter module, a second input port and a second output port, wherein the ARINC66 protocol monitoring engine is independent with an ARINC664 protocol exchange engine and has an exchange structure inside; the second input port is in charge of acquiring data from a first input port and a first output port of the ARINC664 protocol exchange engine, judging whether the data is captured according to the monitoring configuration parameter module, and submitting the data required to be captured to the exchange structure of the ARINC66 protocol monitoring engine; and the data required to be captured can be exchanged by the exchange structure and is sent from the second output port.
