Abstract

The invention discloses a point type GIS (Geographic Information System) vector data disguise and recovery method based on redundant bit replacement, belonging to the field of geographic information security. The method comprises the following data disguise processing steps of: converting a coordinate value of a to-be-disguised layer, and dividing the coordinate value into a plurality of groups according to data feature and accuracy requirement of a carrier layer; setting a key, and generating a random sequence based on the key, and sorting; hiding the converted point coordinate in corresponding position of the carrier layer based on the generated sequence. After being disguised by the method of the invention, a secret information carrying layer visually seems to have no change, so that attackers are hard to discover the secret information in the secret information carrying layer, the secret data is disguised well, even the attackers know that the layer is the secret information carrying layer, the attackers are also hard to extract the secret data due to the introduction of the key. The method of the invention can be successfully used in disguise and recovery of point type vector data, and meets the requirements on hidden communication and secure transmission of the GIS vector data to a certain degree.
