Problems solved by technology

[0006] The water content of the emulsified oil realized by the existing technology is not high (there is no report that the water content exceeds 50%), and it is unstable and easy to separate oil and water. Complicated, large investment, high operating costs, unable to complete technology industrialization, to a certain extent, limits the further popularization and application of heavy oil emulsification technology

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing emulsified heavy oil by using a microbial agent. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing any one of culture solutions A, B, C and D, sterilizing under high pressure, adding 25 to 50 percent of heavy oil and 1 to 5 percent of microbial emulsifier, and sealing; stirring at the temperature of between 50 and 75 DEG C and the rate of 50 to 150rpm in a vortex mode, and reacting for 6 to 24 hours; and standing for 2 to 4 hours after reaction is finished, and collecting an emulsified oil layer, namely the prepared emulsified heavy oil after oil and water are demixed, wherein the microbial agent is geobacillus thermodenitrificans. The process is simple, low in cost and environment-friendly, the required equipment is simple, series emulsified heavy oil products with different water content (20 to 60 percent) can be prepared according to requirements, the prepared emulsified heavy oil is stable in performance, the oil and the water are difficult to demix, a novel biotechnology for preparing the emulsified heavy oil is provided, and a good application prospect is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of producing emulsified heavy oil, and relates to a biotechnology and application for preparing emulsified heavy oil, more specifically, a method and application for preparing emulsified heavy oil by adopting microbial bacterial agents. Background technique [0002] Heavy oil is widely used as fuel in thermal power equipment such as industrial furnaces, kilns, and marine boilers. However, the combustion is incomplete and the thermal efficiency of combustion is low, so that the fuel is not fully utilized, hinders the normal operation of the equipment, and at the same time emits black smoke to cause environmental pollution. With the massive consumption and shortage of energy and the advent of the worldwide environmental crisis, various methods and ways of saving energy are being sought and developed at home and abroad. Therefore, improving the combustion quality of heavy fuel oil not only has great economic b...
