Problems solved by technology

Except for some of these fungus chaff being used as livestock feed, organic fertilizer, and flower soil, most of them are discarded or burned according to traditional treatment methods, which not only causes waste of resources, but also leads to the growth of mold and pests, causing environmental pollution

Embodiment 1

[0026] a. Weigh 0.3 g of acrylic acid, and neutralize it with 20% sodium hydroxide in an ice-water bath until the neutralization degree is 75%;

[0027] b. Weigh and add 0.2g (equivalent to 66.7% of the mass of acrylic acid) of fungus chaff that has been dried, crushed and passed through a 100-mesh sieve, add water to fully wet it, and ultrasonically disperse and gelatinize at 50°C for 5 minutes;

[0028] c. the acrylic acid after neutralization described in step b, the acrylamide of 0.4g (corresponding to 133.3% of acrylic acid mass), the crosslinking agent N of 0.012g (corresponding to 3.0% of acrylic acid mass), N-methylene Base bisacrylamide and 0.004g (equivalent to 1.3% of the mass of acrylic acid) of initiator potassium persulfate were sequentially added to the fungus chaff described in step b, and after fully stirring evenly, a pre-reactant was obtained;

[0029] d. Place the above-mentioned pre-reactants in a microwave reaction device, adjust the radiation power to 27...

Embodiment 2

[0034] By the way of embodiment 1, difference is that the quality of the initiator potassium persulfate added in step c is 0.001g (0.3% of equivalent acrylic acid quality), and other processing conditions are all the same as embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the preparation of a resin material for agriculture and forestry soil water retention, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a high absorbent resin material with fungus chaff. The method comprises the following steps of: adding acrylic acid neutralized by sodium hydroxide, acrylamide, a crosslinking agent and an initiating agent in the fungus chaff which is dried, smashed and screened by a 100-mesh sieve for fully mixing; placing the mixture in a microwave reaction device to react for 3-8 minutes at the radiation power of 180-360W; and after copolymerization, soaking for 2-5 hours with methanol, drying in vacuum and smashing to obtain a final product. According to the invention, the fungus chaff is used as a raw material; the fungus chaff is just subjected to simple gelatinization and microwave radiation synthesis in no need of carrying out complex process modification treatment so as to synthesize the high absorbent resin material the property of which is the same as that of a starch high absorbent resin material, thus the waste fungus chaff can be effectively utilized, and the high absorbent resin material contains rich necessary nutrition substances for plant growth such as N, P and K, and can be directly applied to soil for an agriculture and forestry production water retaining agent and edible mushroom cultivation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer material application, and in particular relates to a method for synthesizing a superabsorbent material triggered by microwave radiation using fungus chaff as a raw material. Background technique [0002] The super absorbent functional polymer resin material (Super Absorbent Resin, referred to as SAR), because of its molecular structure contains a large number of hydrophilic groups, which can absorb water hundreds or even thousands of times its own mass. The formed three-dimensional network structure makes it insoluble in water but can slowly release the absorbed water, so it has a wide range of applications in the fields of agriculture, forestry, horticulture, building materials, food industry and daily chemicals. The traditional process for preparing superabsorbent resin is to heat and react for 16h-24h in a nitrogen-filled reactor. This method is time-consuming and requires certain equipment to...
