The production method comprises the following steps: pretreating titanium dioxide so as to prepare titanium dioxide slurry; dipping titanium white paper with urea-formaldehyde glue in which the titanium dioxide slurry is added; drying the titanium white paper in a first-stage baking oven; carrying out secondary gluing by using modified melamine glue; drying the titanium white paper in a second-stage baking oven; cooling and cutting the titanium white paper. According to the invention, the bond paper produced by using the production method overcomes the problem of poor covering power of bond paper prepared from low-weight titanium white paper; application of low-weight titanium white paper in preparation of the bond paper enables production cost to be substantially reduced.
