The technical scheme comprises steps of: drying Cinnamomum camphora seeds, crushing, adding a buffer, adding compound enzyme, adding petroleum ether, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, separating grease, recovering petroleum ether, carrying out vacuum drying, and acquiring the Cinnamomum camphora seed oil. By the utilization of ultrasound cavitation, high-frequency oscillation, emulsification and diffusion effects, plant cell walls can be broken so as to accelerate diffusion and releasing of grease components and make the grease components fully contact with a solvent for grease extraction. In addition, by the ultrasonic treatment, enzyme molecular conformation may be changed and catalytic activity of compound enzyme is raised. Therefore, the extraction effect of the Cinnamomum camphora seed oil is enhanced.
