Problems solved by technology

This method is accurate and suitable for single-component mineral-based lubricating oils, but is not suitable due to the overlap of the ester bond of edible oil with the carbonyl group of acetone
Although there are many studies on near-infrared spectroscopy, a large sample volume is required to establish an accurate model. In addition, it is mainly suitable for samples with high moisture content, and the analysis of trace moisture has not yet been seen.

[0019] Take Sigma spectral grade acetonitrile, DMSO, methanol and other pure solvents respectively, and use 1055um CaF 2 Sample cell, record original spectrum S_0, scan times 32, resolution 0.5cm -1 , spectral range 4000-400cm -1 . At the same time, take an appropriate amount of the above-mentioned solvents, add pure water to obtain 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000ppm of the corresponding aqueous solution of the above-mentioned solvents, record the spectrum S_std of the series of standard samples as above, and then do the spectral subtraction operation that is S_std- S_0 obtains the difference spectrum series S_differ spectrum, and then conducts the second-order derivative of the difference spectrum (5, 5 difference method), and enlarges it by -10000 times to obtain the second-order derivative spectrum S_2 of the difference spectrum nd derivitice. A typical IR spectrum is explained in figure 1 . Measure the series differe...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for analysis of trace moisture in edible oil through combination of solvent extraction and the FTIR. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out solvent extraction and phase separation, and carrying out extract phase analysis by an infrared transmittance spectrum of the FTIR, wherein when moisture is extracted by a solvent, the most of oil is retained in a raffinate phase so that interference is reduced and analysis precision is improved; viscosity is low so that continuous sample feeding is realized; a flux is high; a pure solvent directly added with distilled water is utilized for standard curve preparation; and the FTIR analysis is established. The method has the advantages of simple operation, continuity of operation, good determination accuracy, high precision, good sensitivity, environmentally friendly characteristics, safety of operation, and good adaptability for trace moisture analysis of various oil products.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing trace moisture in edible oil based on solvent extraction coupling FTIR. (2) Background technology [0002] Moisture is an important quality parameter of oil, which not only affects the refining operation of oil but also is closely related to the storage stability of oil. Usually the moisture content in oil is limited, the general content is 0.05% to 0.3%, but in terms of processing, the moisture content of refined oil should be less than 0.1%, usually around 0.05%. High water content can easily cause oil hydrolysis, and the fatty acids produced are easy to oxidize, further causing problems such as off-flavor / crack and lower smoke point. [0003] AOCS has a series of standard methods for moisture analysis of edible oils and related products, each with advantages and disadvantages. For example, the drying method (Ca 2b-38, Ca 2c-25, Ca 2d-25) is simple but imprecise, and the azeotropic distillation me...
