Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a voltage stabilizing circuit and system, in particular to a low-dropout linear voltage stabilizing circuit and system that can save external decoupling capacitors. Background technique [0002] LDO (low dropout regulator) is a low dropout linear regulator, which has the advantages of low noise and easy integration, and is widely used in electronic systems. [0003] See figure 1 , figure 1 It is an existing LDO circuit structure, in which opamp is a single-stage operational amplifier, MP is a field effect tube, and resistors R11 and R22 form a feedback circuit. Because the bandwidth of this LDO structure is relatively low, when the power supply voltage VDD' or load ILOAD changes rapidly, the output terminal VOUT' will cause a large overshoot or drop, and it will take a long time to recover to normal output Value, this will greatly reduce system performance or even make the system inoperative. To solve this problem, a grounded decoup...
