Embodiment

[0025] Wash the bacterial cellulose wet film with distilled water and dry it in an oven at 80°C. Weigh 2 g of the dried BC raw material, soak it in 10% ethylenediamine solution at room temperature, and rinse it with a large amount of distilled water after about 90 minutes. , and then soaked in methanol solution three times, 30min each time, or soaked twice, 1h each time.

[0026] Dry the activated BC at about 80°C, and weigh 1.5g. Add 100ml of DMAc solution into a 250ml beaker, then add LiCl dried at 150°C, heat and stir it with an oil bath, and put the activated BC after the LiCl is completely dissolved. After heating and stirring for 3 h, it was left to cool for 24 h until BC was completely dissolved and a transparent solution was obtained.

[0027] After the unactivated bacterial cellulose raw material membrane is magnified by 10,000 times, some holes can be observed, the pore size is small and evenly distributed, reflecting the homogeneous structure of BC, as well as exce...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a film for high barrier property packaging by using bacterial cellulose, which comprises the following steps of: (1) taking bacterial cellulose as a raw material, activating the bacterial cellulose by using 10% ethanediamine, dissolving the activated bacterial cellulose in a lithium chloride / dimethylacetylamide solvent system, and heating and cooling the solution to obtain a uniform and transparent bacterial cellulose LiCl / DMAc solution; selecting the optimal solution system and technological conditions for preparing a regenerated bacterial cellulose film, and curing the film at room temperature; and immersing the film in distilled water, plasticizing the film through glycerol, washing the film with distilled water, and drying the film by attaching to an even glass board. The method has the advantage that filamentous fiber can be obviously observed for bacterial cellulose activated by the 10% ethanediamine solution under the condition of 20000 times of magnifying condition. LiCl / DMAc in coagulating bath water and solvents can be recycled. The mechanical property and the barrier property of the regenerated film are both better than those of a raw material film. The prepared bacterial cellulose regenerated film is colorless and transparent and has smooth and flat surface and certain flexibility.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing high-barrier packaging films by using bacterial cellulose, and belongs to the technical field of preparing regenerated bacterial cellulose films. Background technique [0002] The dissolution of bacterial cellulose is a major problem nowadays. Due to its high degree of polymerization and a large number of hydrogen bonds in and between molecules, it is not dissolved by general organic solvents, which hinders the further development and application of cellulose. Therefore, determining the optimal dissolution conditions of bacterial cellulose has important theoretical significance and academic value. In the face of the increasing "white pollution" problem, it is also of great practical significance to develop a "green" film material. Processing bacterial cellulose into a film material can greatly increase its added value. Contents of the invention [0003] What the present invention proposes is a kind o...
