The system comprises an electroplating pretreatment device, a collecting pool, a vibration membrane ultrafiltration device and a moderate pool, wherein the vibration membrane ultrafiltration device comprises a casing and a membrane unit and a motor which are installed in the casing; and the membrane unit is provided with a center transmission rod which downwardly stretches, thus an eccentric block on the center transmission rod is driven by the motor through a belt to rotate, so that a generated centrifugal force can trigger swing, and energy generated by swing promotes the membrane unit to vibrate through the center transmission rod, thus the silting problem of a membrane in the membrane unit is effectively solved, the capacity of resisting membrane pollution is stronger, sewage is simply and effectively treated, and treatment effect is better; the electroplating pretreatment device, the collecting pool and the moderate pool are coordinated and utilized to constitute a sewage recycling system so as to persistently and effectively separate out a clear liquid and a concentrated liquid; and the clear liquid is input into the moderate pool, subjected to oil removal and then recycled to the electroplating pretreatment device, thereby reducing water use amount and oil-removing powder use amount and achieving the purpose of reducing emission and reducing wastes.
