Abstract

The invention discloses a peony bark nematicidal extract and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides the preparation method of the peony bark ethyl acetate extract, which comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing the peony barks and ethyl acetate to obtain a mixture; and (2) ultrasonically treating the obtained mixture and filtering and concentrating the mixture to obtain the peony bark ethyl acetate extract. It is proved by an experiment provided by the invention that the peony barks are extracted by using the ethyl acetate and the poisoning effect of an extracting solution on root-knot nematode is tested; as a result, the extract shows strong poisoning activity to the root-knot nematode; and it is shown that the extract provided by the invention lays basis for the development and application of root-knot nematode biocontrol preparations in the future. According to the invention, nematicidal active substances are extracted by using natural and harmless plantmaterials so that the pollution caused by chemical pesticides can be reduced; and the simple extracting method is easy to promote and apply in controlling plant root-knot nematodes.
