Abstract

The invention relates to a water-based color chip for artificial leather, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1250-5600 parts of primary color powder, 2100-3700 parts of styrene-acrylic resin, 300 parts of ethanolamine and 5000 parts of water (H2O). The powder comprises titanium white and carbon black. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to parts by mass: pouring the styrene-acrylic resin, ethanolamine and water into a material cylinder of a ball grinder, and grinding for 5-20 minutes until the styrene-acrylic resin, ethanolamine and water are sufficiently mixed and dissolved, thereby obtaining an emulsion; pouring the primary color powder into the material cylinder, and dispersing by grinding with a ball grinder for 2-2.5 hours until the emulsion and primary color powder are sufficiently mixed, thereby obtaining a slurry; and finally, drying the slurry with a drying machine, thereby obtaining the solid water-based color chip.
