The invention relates to a filtering and slag-discharging system which comprises a filtering barrel, a slag collecting device and a secondary filtering device, wherein the secondary filtering device comprises a frame, a frame cover and a plurality of filter elements; the frame cover and the frame are in sealing connection; a clapboard is arranged in the frame; the inner cavity of the frame is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the clapboard; the upper cavity and the lower cavity are respectively communicated with a clean oil outlet and a dirty oil inlet on the frame; the lowerend of the frame is provided with a slag outlet which is used for communicating the lower cavity with the slag collecting device; the dirty oil inlet is communicated with a dirty oil outlet on the filtering barrel; the lower ends of the filter elements are connected to the upper end face of the clapboard through a thread fastening structure; and the lower end face of each filter element is provided with an opening which is communicated with the lower cavity.
