Abstract

The invention discloses a decomposition method for defective metal and rubber bonded pieces and special decomposition liquid thereof. The decomposition method comprises the following steps of: a, selecting a corrosion-resistant container, pouring components of a raw material formula for the decomposition liquid into the container according to weight part, and stirring and mixing to form the decomposition liquid; b, completely immersing the defective bonded pieces in the decomposition liquid; c, adding a cover, and soaking at normal temperature for 10 to 60 hours until metal pieces and rubber are completely swollen, delaminated and separated; d, opening the cover, taking the metal pieces out and putting into a corrosion-resistant basket by using long nose pliers, and simultaneously taking rubber pieces out for abandonment; and e, washing the metal pieces with clear water, and airing the metal pieces. The decomposition I comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 60 to 100 parts of methylbenzene and 0 to 40 parts of gasoline; and the decomposition liquid II comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 70 to 90 parts of acetic ether and 10 to 30 parts of n-butyl acetate.
