Abstract

The invention relates to a feed, a preparation method and use thereof in improvement in the reproductive performance of sows. The feed is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05 to 0.2 percent of N-carbamylglutamic acid and the balance of auxiliary materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) removing impurities from the auxiliary materials in percentage by weight, air-drying the auxiliary materials and crushing the auxiliary materials to 20 to 100 meshes; and 2) mixing under stirring the crushed auxiliary materials obtainedin the step 1) and the N-carbamylglutamic acid in percentage by weight, and sieving the mixture to obtain the finished product feed. The feed can enhance the reproductive performance of the sows, canpromote the synthesis of endogenous arginine in the sows and effectively improve the reproductive performance of the sows to further improve the growth performance of piglets.
