The method has the advantages of simple production process, less procedures and high efficiency; and packing materials prepared by the product of the invention are completely degraded into carbon dioxide and water in three months to one year when discarded in nature, and the degradation speed is high, so the biodegradable membrane is an ideal material for replacing the conventional common plastic film and treating white pollution.
