The single-section hammer type screening crusher comprises a crusher box body, a crushing rotor, a final screening mechanism and a prescreening mechanism, wherein the crusher box body consists of a left box body, a right box body, a front box body, a back box body and an upper box body and is provided with a crushing work cavity; a feeding opening is arranged at the upper part of the left box body; the crushing rotor is positioned in the crusher box body and arranged on the front box body and the back box body; a hammer head is pivoted on the crushing rotor; the final screening mechanism is arranged in the crushing work cavity; and the prescreening mechanism is arranged at the top outside the left box body. The single-section hammer type screening crusher is characterized in that a grate body which consists of a group of grates and a grate lower connecting beamis configured on one side of the left box body, facing the crushing work cavity.
