As the rectifying inductor E does not need to supply starting excitation high-voltage to the lamp tube, a pure inductance rectifier can be selected; and when the lamp tube is subject to normal lighting, the operating voltage of the inductance rectifier is close to mains voltage, thus improving utilization ratio of electric energy. When the lamp tube is started and subject to normal lighting, the power of the high-frequency power generating circuit F is less than 50W, and the frequency of the generating circuit is designed as 2.5MHz-3MHz which is more favorable for exciting free electrons in the lamp tube, improving lighting effect and protecting electrodes.
