A radio frequency channel is connected with an intermediate frequency unit which is respectively connected with an enveloped information processing unit and a dpsk (Differential Phase Shift Keying) data demodulating and function decoding unit. The enveloped information processing unit is respectively connected with the dpsk data demodulating and function decoding unit as well as a data processing and display unit. The data processing and display unit is connected with an EL (Electroluminescence) display screen and an input interface and control unit. A panel keyboard is connected with the dpsk data demodulating and function decoding unit via the input interface and control unit. The input interface and control unit is respectively connected with the radio frequency channel and a self-detection signal generation unit which is connected with the intermediate frequency unit. The dpskdata demodulating and function decoding unit is connected with a synchronous signal output. The enveloped information processing unit is connected with a log video output. The radio frequency channelis connected with an antenna part. The software process comprises the following steps of: (1) establishing multiple threads and setting initial sending parameters; (2) receiving and judging user input; (3) receiving state information; and (4) receiving measuring data information, and calculating and displaying the received measuring data information.
