Problems solved by technology

Some scholars have tried many methods in order to deal with sulfur-containing wastewater, such as oxidative decomposition (Environ.Sci.Technol., 2003, 37:452), activated carbon adsorption (Trans.IChemE B, 2007, 85:521), wet method Oxidation method (JP 80-91122), electrosorption method (J.Colloid.Interf.Sci., 2005, 290: 190) and biodegradation method (Hydrometallurgy, 2001, 62: 93), but these methods all have high processing costs , the process is complicated, and the treatment effect is not very ideal

Embodiment 1

[0017] Accurately weigh 23.800g of Zn(NO 3 ) 2 .6H 2 O, 15.005g of Al(NO 3 ) 3 .9H 2 O, and 23.070g of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were put in a beaker, added 400mL of distilled water, stirred to make it completely dissolved, and then transferred to a 1000mL three-necked flask. 2M NaOH solution was added dropwise to maintain the pH at 7, the temperature was controlled at 30° C., and the crystallization time was 12 h. Finally, centrifuge filtration and vacuum drying to obtain the desired product, which is denoted as SDS-ZnAl-LDH.

[0018] In a 1000mL reaction vessel, measure 500mL of a solution with a thiophene concentration of 800mg / L, keep the temperature of the water bath at 25°C, pH=6.33, add 1.2g of SDS-Zn 2 al 1 -LDH, stirred for 6 hours, extracted a certain amount of reaction solution, filtered to obtain the upper clear night, measured the remaining content of thiophene, and calculated the adsorption rate to be 74.74%.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Accurately weigh 23.800g Zn(NO 3 ) 2 .6H 2 O and 15.005g Al(NO 3 ) 3 .9H 2 Put O in a beaker, add 200mL deionized water, stir to dissolve it completely, and record it as solution A; accurately weigh 8.479g Na 2 CO 3 Put 7.680g NaOH in a beaker, add 200mL deionized water, stir to dissolve completely, and record it as solution B. Mix A and B solutions quickly in a rotating liquid film nucleation reactor, vigorously circulate and stir for 2 minutes, then crystallize the slurry at 80°C for 24 hours, and finally centrifugally filter and dry to obtain the desired product, which is designated as ZnAL-CO 3 -LDH.

[0021] In a 1000mL reaction vessel, measure 500mL of a solution with a thiophene concentration of 800mg / L, keep the temperature of the water bath at 25°C, pH=6.33, and add 1.2g of Zn 2 AL 1 -CO 3 -LDH, stirred for 5 hours, extracted a certain amount of reaction solution, filtered to obtain the upper clear night, measured the remaining content of thiophene, a...

Embodiment 3

[0023] In a 100mL Erlenmeyer flask, measure 100mL of a solution with a thiophene concentration of 800mg / L, control the temperature at 25°C, and pH=6.33, add 0.4g of the SDS-ZnAl-LDH prepared in Example 1, stir for 5h, and filter to obtain the upper layer In the clear night, the remaining content of thiophene was measured, and the adsorption rate was calculated to be 82.84%.

Abstract

The invention provides thiophene adsorbents and a purification method for treating thiophene-containing wastewater by the same, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. The thiophene adsorbents are a layered double hydroxide (ZnAL-CO3-LDH) and a modified product thereof (SDS-ZnAl-LDH). Experiments show that the two layered adsorbents have the thiophene removing rate of over 74 percent respectively. For example, under the meta-acid condition, the SDS-ZnAl-LDH has the thiophene removing rate of over 90 percent. The layered double hydroxide and the modified product thereof are applied to adsorbing the thiophene-containing wastewater, and can effectively remove the thiophene in the wastewater, so the invention provides feasible high-efficiency adsorbents for treating the thiophene-containing wastewater, which has valuable significance for purifying the thiophene-containing wastewater and protecting the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment and provides a purification treatment agent for removing thiophene in aqueous solution and a treatment method thereof. Background technique [0002] Thiophene exists in many wastewaters, such as coking wastewater, oil extraction and refining wastewater, dye industry wastewater, pharmaceutical industry wastewater and resin industry wastewater. Thiophene is a biologically toxic organic sulfide, which can synergistically enhance with other organic pollutants to increase its toxicity. If it is directly discharged into water without treatment, it will cause great harm to the environment. [0003] Thiophene is the most stable five-membered heterocyclic compound containing one heteroatom. At present, the removal of thiophene in industrial applications mainly adopts adsorption, extraction and other means. Some scholars have tried many methods in order to deal with sulfur-containing wastewater, su...
