Embodiment Construction

[0010] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0011] A layer of antiferromagnetic material that can pin the magnetic moment of the magnetic recording particles is wrapped, such as figure 1 As shown, the antiferromagnetic material and the magnetic recording particles are coupled through the interface magnetic moment, and the antiferromagnetic material will make the magnetic moment of the ferromagnetic material align in one direction, as shown in figure 2 As shown, it is similar to adding an external magnetic field to a ferromagnetic material, which is defined as an exchange bias field. Only when an external magnetic field is applied in the opposite direction to the exchange bias field and the magnitude of the external magnetic field is greater than the exchange bias field, the magnetic moments of the magnetic recording particles can be reversed. Therefore, using magnetic recording particles to wrap antiferromagnetic m...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for solving a super-paramagnetic state of magnetic recording particles, which is characterized in that: a layer of anti-ferromagnetic material capable of pinning the magnetic moment thereof is wrapped outside the magnetic recording particles, and the anti-ferromagnetic material is coupled with the magnetic recording particles through an interface magnetic moment to ensure that the magnetic moments of the magnetic recording particles are arranged along the same direction. The method can overcome thermal disturbance under a nano-scale of the magnetic particles, improve uniaxial anisotropy energy of the magnetic particles artificially, and solve the problem of unstable records in the super-paramagnetic state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic materials and components, in particular to a method for solving the superparamagnetic state of magnetic recording particles. Background technique [0002] The magnetic recording medium is composed of many tiny magnetic particles, and the information "0" and "1" are stored through the orientation of the magnetic moments of the magnetic particles. About 100 magnetic particles are required to store each bit of information in a magnetic recording medium. In order to increase the magnetic recording density, only the volume of the magnetic particles can be reduced. However, as the volume of the magnetic particles decreases, the study found that the energy required to reverse the orientation of the magnetic moment is also smaller, especially when the size of the magnetic recording particles enters the nanometer level, the magnetic particles can pass through the absorption at room temperature. Thermal ...
