The polycarbonate film applied to the speaker network comprises polycarbonate and an inorganic filling agent, other auxiliary agents and a dispersing agent; the polycarbonate is aromatic polycarbonate; the inorganic filling agent is talcum powder, and the content of the inorganic filling agent is 0.01 percent to 10 percent of the weight of the polycarbonate; the other auxiliary agents are a heat stabilizing agent and a mould releasing agent and the content thereof is 0.01 percent to 10 percent of the weight of the polycarbonate; and the content of the dispersing agent is 0.01 percent to 10 percent of the weight of the polycarbonate. The manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps: 1. mechanical premixing; 2. fusing and mixing; 3. cooling and granulating; and 4. extruding and molding. The invention properly reduces the impact resistance of the polycarbonate film so as to be easy to punch holes and removing burrs and the like.
