The invention relates to a method for preparing wet-absorb and fast-dry multifunctional cloth in the technical field of textiles, which comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting materials, wherein raw materials of warp yarns comprise 25 to 35 percent of polyester yarn, 35 to 55 percent of bamboo fiber, and 25 to 35 percent of cotton fiber, and raw materials of weft yarns comprise 45 to 65 percent of natural cotton fiber and 35 to 55 percent of silk fiber; (2) adopting interactive weaving to prepare the raw materials into gray cloth; and (3) finishing the whole technology of the weaved cloth by turning cloth and sewing, refining, dehydrating, scotching, drying, presetting, alkali reduction, water washing, dyeing, water washing, dehydrating and scotching, and softening and setting.
